Townsend House

Online Tour: Living Room

Looking across the living room you can see a wonderful portrait over the fireplace, as well as these wing chairs with red and white striped upholstery, circa 1910.

Other items that make this room a must-see, are a wonderful tall case clock, circa 1815, and a beautifully crafted American cherry slant-front desk, circa 1795. Both are not pictured here, so you have to come to the Townsend House to see them!

A look out of one of the Living Room windows catches a glimpse of summer flowers in bloom.
